1. Collecting broken balloons

Please keep all defective balloons that you have purchased from us.

To keep the effort involved in processing returns as economical as possible, we recommend only returning orders of approximately 50-100 balloons.

2. Pack & return

Pack the broken balloons and include an item overview.

Attach the return label to the package.

You can return the item to any of the shipping service provider’s parcel shops.

We recommend that you keep the return receipt until we confirm your return.

3. Voucher in the value of the return

Your return will be processed within 10 working days and you will receive your personal voucher for the value of your return.

Our balloons are delivered unfilled. Many models are suitable for both air and helium—ideal for your individual decoration.

What should I do if the goods are damaged or if I have a complaint?
